Residency Task Force
Residency Task ForceIn 2009, the Virginia General Assembly tasked the Virginia State Board: To promulgate rules and regulations to ensure the uniform application of the law for determining a person’s residence for voter registration.
The State Board of Elections has formed a task force of interested parties to draft the rules and regulations. The Board is chaired by Jean Cunningham and comprised of: - Joyce Braithwaite, General Registrar, City of Winchester
