VOTERS MAY REGISTER TO VOTE BY MAIL OR IN PERSON
~ Voters Updating Registration Information May Fax Their Form ~

 


RICHMOND, VA – Virginia residents registering to vote in the Commonwealth can only submit their application by mail or in person.  Applications must be postmarked by today or hand delivered to their registrar's office.
 
Registered voters updating information—such as name or address—may fax, mail or hand deliver their form.  The information must be faxed, postmarked, or hand delivered to the registrar's office by close of business today.
 

Applications are available at local General Registrars’ Offices, the Department of Motor Vehicles and on the Virginia State Board of Election’s web site at www.sbe.virginia.gov.
