• Candidates that were not up for election on November 3, 2009, have a report due on January 19, 2010 covering activity from July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
  
  
• Candidates that ran in the November 3, 2009 Election and Referendum Committees that had referendums on the ballot, have a Post-Election report due on December 3, 2009 covering activity from October 22, 2009 through November 26, 2009.
  


• Candidates that were in the May 5, 2009 election have a report due on January 19, 2010 covering activity from July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
  
  
• All Political Action Committees have reports due on January 19, 2010 covering activity from October 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
