• Candidate Committees that are in the March 2, 2010 Special Election have a Pre-Election report due on February 22, 2010. This report will cover the period from January 1, 2010, through February 19, 2010.

• Candidate Committees whose offices is up for election on May 4, 2010 election have a report due on February 22, 2010 covering activity from January 1, 2010 through February 19, 2010, if there is a primary.
If there is not a primary, the first report will be a pre-election report due on April 15, 2010. This report will cover the period from January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010.

                                        Candidate Campaign Committees that file paper reports with the State Board of Elections, must fax their reports to the State Board at: 804.786.1364 The report is to be received at the State Board
                              by 5:00 pm on the report’s due date.
                              The original must be mailed and postmarked on or before the report’s due date. See: § 24.2-947.5 (D)

• Inaugural Committees have a report due on March 15, 2010. This report will cover the period from inception through March 1, 2010.

• All Political Action/Party Committees have a report due on April 15, 2010 covering activity from January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010.
